Is there a minimum order?
Yes — 6 cases per order, mix and match across any products.

How do I order?
Everything happens on the Quick Order page: enter case quantities, watch the 6-case minimum bar fill, and add your order to the cart. Products are priced per unit and sold by the case.

Where do my prices come from?
It’s the same wholesale pricing that’s on all our order forms — exactly what you receive when ordering by phone or email.

Shipping

How is shipping charged?
Shipping fees are calculated once your order is packed and processed, and then added to your final invoice once packing is complete. To ensure the lowest possible carrier rates and maximum protection for your products, we generally ship our eight-pack cases inside master packs via UPS.

Please note that while the website provides a shipping estimate based on order weight at checkout, final shipping fees are calculated and confirmed on your invoice once your order is packed.

Payment

How do I pay?
The same way you always have with us. At checkout you simply tell us how you’d like to settle your invoice — the card we have on file, your established terms, or Auto ACH — and your invoice follows from Frontier Soups as usual. Nothing is charged on the website.

How do I get Wholesale Direct access?
Wholesale Direct is for approved wholesale accounts, by email invitation. Activate your login with your Frontier account number and billing ZIP code. Not a wholesale customer yet? Contact sales@frontiersoups.com.
